The Fraser's Hill is a hill resort located on the Titiwangsa Ridge in Raub District, Pahang, Malaysia.
Sadly, there is no easier way getting here from Kuala Lumpur. From KL, you need to take the KTM to Kuala Kubu, then take a cab; which will cost you. But its worth paying for.
p/s : there is no Uber or Grab Car yet, over here.
Since its quite close to my area almost 30 km, I decided to have a ride here.
Using a TL 125 Scomadi, with few friends.
Well, to be frank, it took almost 2 hours getting up, its because of the road condition is quite slippery for us.
Its the most memorable ride for me, since it was the first going that far using my TL 125.
The first thing come out to my mind is the scenery, although I'm in my country, yet it feel new for me. Great view all the way up to the peak.

Our first stop, there is a nice area at the Gap dam (resevoir) on the way to Frasers Hill.
And there are actually few stop for photography or just preparing yourself because the road after this is a winding one!
Trust me, you will need to bring a plastic bag or ready to stop to puke. Hehe.
There is a fish santuary after this which is the Sungai Chilling, but sadly it was close that day, so we can't go in.

What to do in Fraser's Hill?
Taman Flora Bukit Fraser :
There is a strawberry farm here. Besides their fresh vegetables, you can get fresh strawberries here as well but from what I've heard, the quantity are limited.
Ye Olde Smoke House
Its a boutique resort with the mock design of the Tudor Architecture.
If you are looking for an English countryside home, complete with rafters, beams and old world furnishings in a classy boutique setting here is the place.
The hotel restaurant create a warm ambience with lit by lamps and candles, serving authentic English cuisine such as Beef Wellington, Lamb Shank and Sunday Roast.
Outside, I think this is the higlights of this place. The front patio houses a breezy outdoor deck for afternoon tea and scones, with calming views of the lush garden, and surrounding rainforest and mountains in the background. Just imagine, sipping a cup of tea, and a beautiful scenery. Who doesn't want that?

Till then, have a safe journey and wonderful holiday in Malaysia,!
